A. Condensation sticks to the interior glass, and then layers of dust build up, making any misting hard to clear. So start by cleaning the windscreen on the inside using a specialist product such as Autoglym Fast Glass (£7.79 for 500ml at Halfords.com).
Next, try Rain-X Anti-Fog (£6.99 for 200ml at Halfords.com), or something similar. It acts like a polish to stop dust and debris sticking to the screen, inhibiting further misting.
This assumes, of course, that you haven’t got water ingress, either around the screen or elsewhere in the car, which could be causing the problem or adding to it.
